Four Federal Civil Rights Actions

Four pro se federal civil rights actions filed by Matthew D. Guertin under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 42 U.S.C. § 1985 — challenging the constitutional violations, fraudulent court records, forced psychiatric evaluations, and suppressed evidence documented throughout this forensic project. Two cases filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, both appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Every filed document is mirrored and downloadable.
